As promised, I'll update my blog since I've been MIA (what's new?) again.
Been so busy with school and it's our finals week. Fourth term is ending soon!! Yaaay for our ONE WEEK vacation. Lol

As a student without a uniform, I always keep in mind that simplicity is beauty. Also, I should dress myself with comfy clothes. During school days, I always blend in with the common students. I mean, those girls who wear the usual outfit like plain shirt + leggings/pants + sneakers/doll shoes.

Here's how I look at school (during hell week) :)

THE USUAL MESSY HAIR BUN

I always loosely bun my hair at school. It's slightly hot outside the Mathematics Department. We usually hang there.

 THE USUAL HELL WEEK LOOK

Every hell week or 10th week of the term, I look always like this. I always feel lazy dressing myself. I always feel that since there's tons of stuff to do, I'll just save that stylish outfit for special days.

Top from Bench.
Leggings from a bazaar.

Watch from Casio.
Doll shoes from Solemate.

Hoping that I'll pass again all my subjects this term. PRAYING FOR ALL BLUE.

Good luck to my fellow Mapuans!!

It's been a long time since the last time that I updated my blog. I was so busy with school. Yes, school meaning our thesis. Finally!! My group is scheduled for a defense this coming Friday, June 13. WOAH!! Friday the 13th!! Wish us luck!! <3

Anyway, here's what I wore today. Simple yet it gives a statement.

Muscle tee - Overruns from Surplus.
Dream Catcher necklace - give by my boyfriend
Bracelet - from Bazaar for All Seasons

Shorts - Landmark
Watch - Casio

I look like sleeping here. HAHAHA!

Black sneakers - SM Department Store

How's your weekend?
Another week is approaching. Break a leg!

Another lazy day for me. It's capstone day so I need to wear something comfortable.
I had the chance to see the sunset during this mini shoot at my friend's condo at Makati.
Here are some of the shots. :)

#SELFIE kuno shots by my ever supportive photographer/boyfriend!

My shampoo commercial photo!! I really love the wind effect in this photo!

Jeggings - the ever favorite leg wear!

Closer to Forever top - Bought this one during the edm festival, Closeup Forever Summer at Circuit Makati last May though this design is from last year's event. Bought this for a cause at Folded and Hung.

Another wind effect photo! <3

Flats - One of the comfiest shoes you can wear everyday. This is from Bench.

Studded denim vest - This one is different from the other denims. This one is really like a "sweat free" cover up. I mean, it doesn't make you sweat because of its thick cloth. This one has thinner denim cloth but still really fashionable!

Watch - From Casio.

What can you say about this look?

As a student, it's really hard to earn and save money. There is a lot of temptations around you like the mall, ktv bars, grocery, milk tea shops, everything! HAHA
At first, I was thinking of buying accessories and sell it but it would cost me a lot of money first just to buy the accessories. Also, I planned to sell some of my unused clothes. So, I finally decided to sell the ever famous LOOM BANDS and Notebooks! :)

For the loom bands, I'm still trying to learn other patterns but for now, I only make single loop and fishtail bracelets. :) Single loop loomies is 20php while the Fishtail loomies is 25php!
Here are some samples!

"couple" fishtail loomies

I allow those interested buyers to choose combinations (as long as I have the color/s). :)

While for the notebooks, I found my old notebooks and decided to sell it since I haven't used it. This is 75 php each.

Also, I'm helping my aunt to sell her recycled notebooks. These notebook has 30-40 leaves and its only 35 php each!! It has three different designs. You can choose whatever design you like. :D

If interested, message me!!

Attended the Selecta Cornetto Ride to Fame last May 10, 2014 at Trinoma. :) I went to this event with my boyfriend and two friends.
This event is the bomb! Each person gets three free ice cream. I REPEAT, THREE FREE ICE CREAM!
It's not only an event about free ice cream but also it's contest wherein the winner gets to sing with Taylor Swift in her Red Tour concert here in the Philippines! This event is hosted by Teddy of Rocksteddy and the very pretty Joyce Pring. Also, the judges of the contest are Abra, Rico Blanco, and Mr. Valenciano (I forgot his fist name.)

Taylor Swift's song Red is I think the color theme of this event which I didn't know and I wasn't informed. Hahaha! That's why I'm wearing something pink.
Anyway, here's what I wore. :)

A very simple look for this chill event.

Floral top - Bought this top during my vacation at Vietnam last April. I was really sad that I haven't seen anything sunflower-y clothes but this caught my eye! It's very simple and really comfortable to wear.

Denim jeans - From Levi's. Newly added pants to my closet. Considered to be one of my favorites.

Pink bag - From Singapore. Given by my boy friend's brother. I'm not a fan of color pink but this shade of pink is really an eye catcher for me. HEHE

Solemate flats - Really comfortable to wear. You can get a pair of this flats at all SM Department Stores nationwide!

Here are some of "pa-cute" shots!

Blue ribbon - Forgot where I bought this cute ribbon clip! But this one is my favorite. :)

My Illuminati pose. HAHAHA

After a stressful term at school, my grand mother asked me if I can join her during her Vietnam trip. Without thinking and other stuff, I said yes.

April 13, 2014, 22:00; Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
Waiting for our flight. I was so bored that time 'cause we arrived at the airport two hours before our flight.

Vietnam is an hour behind Philippines. So, we arrived at Vietnam, 12 am and stayed at Hoang Phuong Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.

DAY 1: Ho Chi Minh City/Vung Tau

"Good Morning, Vietnam!" is a famous American war-comedy about the Vietnam war.
There's a lot of motorcycle there since the cyclo is very rare in Vietnam. I consider this country as a busy country because everyone's really busy doing this and that. They aren't wasting their time doing nothing.

My first breakfast!! Leche flan with coffee syrup and a cup of water with tea!
A very good combination! Well, I'm not really a fan of water and tea but this one really caught me. I had more than one glass of it.

We went to Vung Tau which is a three hour ride from Ho Chi Minh. We went there to visit different temples and also to relax at the beach!

We stayed at Lan Rung Resort. A very nice place! Everyone's really hospitable and friendly.

Outside view of the hotel

Lobby of the hotel. Snug place!

During our lunch there, here's our very peaceful view. Clear water and fresh air! <3

I don't know what's with my grand mother when it comes to ordering food. She orders a lot!!
So, here's our lunch: Baked scallops with cheese, Fried frog, Fried Chicken with butter, and Seafood soup!

At first, I was shocked that she ordered fried frogs and scallops!! I'm not really a fan of sea foods and exotic food but since we're only two and she ordered a lot, I was forced to eat the scallops and the frog :(

Well, anyway...

I was so happy that I saw the sunset at the beach! Cotton candy sky to end a stressful day for me!

DAY 2: Back in Ho Chi Minh City

Duck egg is really a famous exotic and street food not only here in the Philippines but also in Vietnam! I had the chance to taste their duck egg. In Vietnam, you eat it with mint leaves, lemon, and salt with pepper.

Every 7:00 pm, there is a night market in front of the hotel where we stay. I'm so happy that there's a walking distance shopping place for us! But the most exciting part for me is buying Cafe Su Da or Iced coffee with milk.

I think I had 3 cups of this during out trip. Hahaha! I'm kinda addicted to coffee right now.

DAY 3: Food and Nail Art day!

In Vietnam, there's a lot of street walk eatery. It's like a fast food chain but you're going to eat at the sidewalk or in front of their food stall. My grandmother love's to eat duck eggs and so we ate again at the place same place where we first tasted Vietnam's duck eggs.

After eating, my grand mother asked if I wanted to have my nails done and then I said yes quickly. Vietnam's nail art is so amazing! They don't use any machine to do a single nail art but they do it with their own hands.

I had a hard time choosing the design for my nails like I want all the designs to be on my hands but then I've chosen the floral design which perfectly matched my nails. HAHAH

Day 4: Last day in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Our last breakfast here in Vietnam. Ate at Benh Tanh Market and I decided to order the all time favorite beef noodle soup or Pho in Vietnamese. Happy tummy!! :) :)

After strolling around the market, we bought Mangoes, Atis, fish, and many more.

Annnnd, here's my healthy lunch, pork with veggies rolled in rice paper!! <3

And my dinner, Iced coffee with milk :)

Here's an how their eatery look like.

 Sooooo............

This year's trip to Vietnam is really different from our other visit to this country. It's like I learned how to live independently, speak a little Vietnamese, cross the street while motorcycles are moving, and appreciate little things. I remember the first time I visited this country, I was living dependently to my family. Unlike now, I know to decide on my own and know the difference between what's good and bad. I would definitely visit this beautiful country soon!
